"Filters for my CPAP machine order."
I ordered filters for my CPAP machine, but two weeks later, tracking still shows it's stuck in California. It was meant to arrive by June 25th. A rep called me, but didn’t really explain why my package hasn’t shown up. He mentioned he’d send some filters and throw in a mask. I had already ordered a mask earlier, but then I ran into issues with my first order. Let’s see how this goes and if I can bump up the stars.

"Three out of five masks tore after a single wash"
Three out of five masks tore after a single wash. I'm not pleased with the quality. Plus, my debit card got compromised and was used for $200 in unauthorized purchases. I can't say for certain that it was linked to my mask order, but cpap fix was the only online store where I used my card just before the fraudulent charges happened.

"Two weeks since I ordered a mask and paid..."
I placed an order for a mask a couple of weeks back and opted for three-day shipping, but I still haven't gotten them or heard anything. I shot off some emails asking about my order, but no response yet.

"Items still stuck in California"
I placed my order on April 26, and they said it would ship the very next day. Now, eight days have passed, and they’re still showing as being in the same spot. This is just misleading advertising, to say the least.

"Once I sorted out a minor issue..."
Once I sorted out a minor issue with communication, my order arrived. The filters are top-notch and compete well with those I used to get from my usual supplier. I’d suggest adding a customer service phone number on your website so folks can get issues sorted out faster. Thanks a bunch, cpap fix! You did an awesome job! Claude M.

"Shipping is free, but..."
I get that shipping doesn’t cost anything, but waiting six days just for USPS to pick it up? I finally saw an update on the status today, and it’s set to arrive ten days after I placed my order. Thankfully, I wasn’t in a rush. We’ll see how good the product is once it finally gets here.

"Awesome face coverings"
Awesome face coverings. The valve lets in fresh air, making it easier to breathe. They do cost a bit at $7 a pop, but they're pretty comfy.

Item looks just like the description. Delivery was quick. I haven't had the chance to check prices since most masks are out of stock elsewhere. However, I've bought SoClean filter replacement kits from this seller before, and their prices were way better than the original versions. So, I reckon the mask prices are likely cheaper too. I went ahead and ordered a few of the reusable masks. Made the order yesterday, and they were already on their way by this morning.

The items were just as described. Shipping was quick. The whole process was really good. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. I intend to shop at this store whenever I can for my supplies.

"Awesome bang for your buck"
Even though they ain't OEM, these filters fit nicely in my Phillips Dream Station CPAP. They appear to be doing their job just fine. The price was way lower, which is why I decided to give these a shot. They arrived pretty quickly, and I’ll definitely grab them again.
